Softened butter at room temperature, lightly beaten with a whisk

Add powdered sugar

Stir until pale

Add the egg liquid in portions and mix well

Sift in the flour

Use a spatula to stir until there is no dry powder

Add cocoa powder to the remaining 1/3

Mix both colors into dough

Press the two pieces of dough into squares of the same size

Press the cocoa dough piece onto the original color dough piece

Cut it in the middle and fold it up

Flatten it into the same dough piece as in Part 9, cut it, fold it up, flatten it, repeat 3 times

Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

After freezing, take it out and cut into pieces and arrange them evenly on the baking sheet

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes, then use the residual heat to simmer for 10 minutes, then take out and let cool
