Put the rice into the food processor, select the grinding button and run it to the end. You can grind it a few more times according to the state of the rice

Heat the milk, add sugar and yeast

Let it sit for 5 minutes, then pour it into the rice flour and stir evenly

Pour the evenly mixed rice paste into the grinder

Ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes

After fermentation, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and steam in boiling water for 20 minutes
