Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, light soy sauce, sugar, dried shrimps, cornstarch, green onions to the pork filling, stir well and set aside.

Add salt, yeast and water to the flour and oatmeal, knead it, let it rest for 30 minutes and then wrap it in the meat filling.
