Wash the butterfly bones and dry them.

Add sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and olive oil, and rub in until flavourful.

Stir the bread crumbs and melted butter evenly and spread it over the marinated lamb chops.

Add some garlic cloves.

Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for 10-15 minutes. If a fork can be inserted easily, take it out and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to strawberry jam and puree with a juicer.

Sprinkle a layer of black peppercorns and coconut flakes on the rested butterfly rib steak, and pour on the jam sauce.
