It seems like I haven’t messed with peanuts for a long, long time. At that time, we often roasted peanuts and used Changdi to rotate the cage. It's more convenient and doesn't require much guarding. The cage is still there, in a corner, but I don’t bother to get it or use it. Just use the most primitive method - frying. Stir-frying may be a tiring job, and it may not require much effort, but you need to keep standing by and stir-fry until the moist peanuts become dry and crispy. Just stir-fry, don't use too much heat, otherwise it will be burnt on the outside and soft on the inside, and you won't be able to make that crispy sound. It takes more time, but it’s fragrant. . . .
