Overview
Tofu is rich in plant protein and nutritious. The braised tofu slices increase the toughness of the tofu and give it a fragrant and tough taste. It is a very good vegetarian delicacy.

Fresh salt-braised tofu, cut into slices

Cut green onions and fresh ginger into sections and set aside

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the hot pan and heat it up
