Overview

Soaked fish porridge is a special way of eating in Chaoshan area. Its characteristics are: the soup is sweet and original, and the rice grains are refreshing. It's not as subsistence-making as porridge.

  1. Wash the dried squid, add two bowls of water and soak it for 1 to 2 hours in advance, then take out the diagonal cutter.
