Shrimp Salad Spring Rolls
Overview
Every time I want to eat spring rolls, I go out and buy two boxes and fry them myself, but I can't always buy the ones with bean filling, and the vegetable ones are too unpalatable. Forget it, I make them myself. What I made today is not my favorite spring rolls with bean filling. It is filled with shrimp salad. I have to change the DIY method to make it. It is delicious.

Devein the shrimp and cut it into small pieces. Add half a spoonful of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, marinate for a while, remove the green onion and ginger, and add banana cut into small pieces.

Add two tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing, or you can replace it with salad dressing. I personally prefer the taste of Thousand Island dressing.

Mix well and set aside.

Take a spring roll wrapper and put an appropriate amount of salad filling on it.

First fold the bottom corner upward, then fold both sides toward the middle.

Roll up and seal with egg wash.

All spring roll blanks are rolled up and ready for use.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
