Cheese-filled chocolate pie - cute black and white, simple and classic
Overview
Rich chocolate cake with smooth cheese filling, black and white, simple and classic. It’s a small one, very cute, and is a very popular delicious snack during afternoon tea~~ I have tried it with my own children, and I dare say it tastes much better than the Orion Shenma brand! Not only does it taste pure, but the portion is large and the ingredients are all additive-free, so you can eat with confidence!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour dark chocolate into a melting pot and melt into liquid
-
Mix cocoa powder, cake flour, baking powder and baking soda and sift and set aside
-
Melt butter over water
-
Pour the eggs, butter, brown sugar, salad oil, and salt into a mixing bowl, and stir evenly with a whisk
-
Melted dark chocolate, let cool but become a flowable liquid, add to the mixture of 2-1, stir to form a paste
-
Then pour in 1/3 of the milk and 1/3 of the sifted flour and stir evenly. Repeat this process until all the milk and powder are added, and stir into a smooth batter
-
Put the batter into a piping bag, and use a piping nozzle with a large round hole to pipe out round batter on the baking sheet, leaving enough space between each batter
-
Place in a preheated 200° oven, middle layer, with upper and lower heat, bake for 10 minutes, take out and cool
-
Next make the cheese filling. After the cream cheese has softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat thoroughly with a whisk until it becomes fluffy and smooth. Then add whipping cream in 2-3 batches and use a whisk to fully mix the whipping cream and cheese until it reaches the appropriate thickness
-
Put the prepared cheese filling into a piping bag, squeeze it into a circle on the bottom of a piece of chocolate cake, cover it with another piece of cake, and you are ready to eat
-
You can also sift some powdered sugar as a decoration.
