Put the ribs into a pot and add water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. After the water boils, cook for 2 minutes. Blanch the blood to remove the foam. Remove the ribs, rinse them and drain them.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork ribs and ginger slices;

Stir-fry the pork ribs until slightly brown;

Add warm water to cover the ribs;

Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat for about 30 minutes. When the soup in the pot gradually reduces, add vinegar and stir-fry;
