Stir-fried green onions and peppers
Overview
Stir-fried green onions and peppers was my favorite side dish with rice. Ever since I started to think about losing weight, I have never eaten it again. Because I can’t put it down once I eat it. This dish is very expensive. It’s a bit spicy after one bite, but the flavor is lacking when I take a bite. I added a little pepper and it felt spicy in my mouth. I urgently need to bite into the steamed bun...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Yesterday, I picked a lot of peppers and green onions from my father’s small vegetable garden.
-
Wash the peppers, remove the stems and cut into small circles
-
The green onions are also cut into small rings
-
The cut weight of the pepper is 120 grams. Cut green onions into 100 grams.
-
Heat the wok and add about 35 grams of oil. Fry 20 peppercorns over low heat until fragrant. Use more chili oil for frying.
-
The fried Sichuan peppercorns can be fished out or not. First add the chili and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry over medium-low heat until the water in the peppers is gone and the oil is leached out. It takes about two minutes.
-
Set the spicy pepper to one side, add the green onions and stir-fry. Don't use too much heat, just low heat.
-
Sauté until the green onions are fragrant and oil is leached out.
-
Add 6 grams of salt, stir-fry and remove from the pan. The dish is spicier and requires more salt.
