Prepare pasta, tomatoes, carrots, beef and mushrooms

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a small amount of salt, add pasta and let it soften naturally

Cut the ingredients in step 1 into cubes and set aside. Marinate the beef with salt, chicken essence, vinegar and cooking wine. Add starch and mix well.

Take out the pasta in step 2 and put it into cold water

Pour off the water, take out the pasta and put it into a basin and set aside

After the pan is hot, pour in oil, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add diced mushrooms, carrots and stir-fry, then add diced tomatoes and diced beef and stir-fry

After step 6, pour in the tomato sauce, add a little water and simmer until the sauce becomes thick

Pour the cooked tomato meat sauce over the pasta in step 5
