King Oyster Mushroom Sanding
Overview
The origin of this dish happened to be that only king oyster mushrooms, cucumbers, carrots and bacon sausages brought from my hometown were left at home. I was thinking about what would it taste like if they were fried together? Yes, the smoky flavor of bacon, the crispy fragrance of cucumbers and carrots, and the mushroom flavor of king oyster mushrooms, it’s a unique flavor!

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients and wash the bacon, king oyster mushrooms, cucumbers and carrots.

Step 2: Dice the bacon, king oyster mushrooms, cucumbers and carrots (as shown in the picture); chop the ginger and garlic, and cut the dried green onions and chilies into sections.

Step 3: Put the bacon into the pot and stir-fry until the oil comes out. Then add the onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper to the pot and stir-fry until the aroma is released.

Step 4: Put the king oyster mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry together. Then add the carrots and cucumbers and stir-fry. When it is almost out of the pot, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce to taste.

Step 5: Remove from the pan and plate.
