This is a quick and easy dish that is easy to make, looks good, nutritious and delicious! When my family goes out for dinner, they like to order beef, such as sizzling beef, egg nest, beef, cumin beef...beef is delicious and not easy to gain weight, so I also like to eat it. However, for this dish...you have to have a sizzling iron plate first🙄🙄🙄, or else you should stir-fry the beef~haha. The beef itself is very delicious and it is a good partner with onions, so you don’t need to add too much seasoning to make the original flavor very fragrant!

Wash the beef and cut into thin slices. Add shredded ginger, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper, and a little starch. Stir evenly and let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavor~

Now we can wash and cut the onions
