Salmon with pesto sauce "Paper-wrapped fish fillet 7"
Overview
Green sauce literally means "herb" pesto, garlic is mixed with green herbs, there is no certain ratio or combination. For example: Sweet Basil, Basil or celery leaves (which taste like parsley). You can use nine-story pagoda or basil. The aroma and seafood are a perfect combination.

Prepare materials; today we are preparing a nine-story pagoda, pick the leaves

Stack the nine-layer pagoda leaves and roll them up, shred them first and then chop them into fine pieces

Grind the garlic into puree (or flatten and mince it)

Add minced garlic and minced nine-layer pagoda, add salt & oil and marinate, mix well

Wash and dry the salmon, apply salt and rice wine on both sides, and spread with the sauce from Step 4♥You can use pesto instead.

Wrap in baking paper

Microwave at medium for 3 to 4 minutes, arrange on a plate and serve.

♥The paper material uses "microwave cooking paper/CookingSheet" or "baking paper/BakingSheet", both of which have a heat resistance temperature of 250゚C. Microwave cooking paper material: silicon; baking paper material: wax. It does not catch fire or stick, and can be used in steaming, baking or microwave.
