Baby food supplement Garlic Broccoli
Overview
Both of our babies like to eat broccoli. Broccoli is high in vitamin C, and its average nutritional value and disease-preventing effect far exceed that of other vegetables. Let’s start cooking it for our baby!

Steps
-
Wash the broccoli and soak in salt water for more than 10 minutes. Then put it in a pot and cook until soft. When cooking, add a few drops of clear oil to the pot so that the broccoli will not change color.
-
Chop the garlic into mince, heat the oil in the pan, add the minced garlic and saute over low heat until fragrant.
-
Add the cooked broccoli and sauté for two minutes until the broccoli is completely coated with minced garlic.
-
Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce
-
Pour in the water starch, stir-fry for one minute and serve. The water starch makes the soy sauce and garlic more adsorbed on the broccoli, making the broccoli more delicious.

Today I had garlic broccoli, boiled shrimp, and white rice.
