Overview
The grilled pork chops are crispy and not greasy. It is safer and healthier than fried pork chops without having to use a frying pan. It is also very convenient to operate and has zero failure

Wash the pork chops and use kitchen paper towels to absorb the surface moisture

Use the back of a knife to loosen the flesh

Rub the surface of the steak with ginger slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate for a while

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, then pour in the bread crumbs and stir-fry over low heat

Fry until golden brown

Dip the pork chops into the flour and coat both sides evenly with flour, shaking off the excess flour
