Wash the okra, remove the stems and slice into slices.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, stir quickly with chopsticks, add salt and water and mix thoroughly.

Place okra on top of egg mixture.

Bring the water to a boil, put it in a steamer and steam for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove.

Top with light soy sauce.
