Grease the inside of a baking bowl with oil and pour half of the batter into it. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until the skin is hard.

After taking it out, spread a layer of red beans, pour in the remaining batter, and bake in the oven for another 40 to 50 minutes.
