Tomato soup rice noodles
Overview
I usually have breakfast and lunch alone, so I usually just eat noodles and the like. I haven’t stopped having tomatoes at home since the summer. Because the ones here are cheaper, and I like to eat them.

Ingredients: One piece of dried rice noodles, one tomato, one green onion

Because it is dry rice noodles, it needs to be soaked for five to ten minutes, then scooped up and set aside

Chop the tomatoes and onions.

Heat the oil pan, first add the tomatoes and fry until soft

Fry the tomatoes until soft and then add appropriate amount of water.
