Slice the lean pork first, add a little salt and cornstarch and mince it into minced meat

Peel the winter melon and cut it into pieces

Add water to the pot, put the cut winter melon in and cook together

After the water boils, put down an appropriate amount of winter vegetables

Add a little more oil

Continue to cook for a little longer, maybe two minutes, and use chopsticks to spread the minced meat into the soup

Then stir it and cook for two minutes. The winter melon will be cooked quickly and will slowly become translucent
