Stir-fried beef with colored peppers
Overview
Yellow peppers, red peppers, and green peppers are all highly nutritious vegetables. They look good in any combination. When paired with beef, they are absolutely delicious, with both color and aroma!

Prepare the ingredients, I only use half of each.

Wash the beef two or three times more and soak it to remove the blood.

Marinate the beef with salt, minced ginger, cornstarch, and oyster sauce for half an hour.

Marinate the beef evenly.

Wash corn kernels and pea kernels

Shred the bell peppers and onions, and slice the ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices.

Add all the ingredients, except the beef, add some salt,

Put some chicken essence!

Add some seasoning. Stir fry until cooked.

Transfer to a plate and make a hole in the middle of the plate. Set aside for now.

Stir-fry the beef in a pan, just a little oil is enough.

Add some marinated beef water. Stir-fry until cooked,

Take it out on a plate and put it in the middle of the bell peppers. Beautiful!
