Prepare materials. Chop onion, ginger and garlic into mince. Wash the cod and remove the scales.

Place scallions and ginger slices on the bottom of the plate, place the cod pieces, and pour 1 spoonful of rice wine. Steam in a steamer for 7-8 minutes (for 300 grams, increase or decrease the time appropriately according to the size of the cod, but no more than 10 minutes). After steaming, drain the water and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add bean paste and stir-fry

Pour in 1 spoon of rice wine, 1/4 spoon of sugar and white pepper. Stir fry evenly.

Pour the fried tofu crumbs onto the steamed cod. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
