Pretzels
Overview
Sesame biscuits are one of the staple foods we northerners often eat. There are many types: brown sugar, sesame paste, pastry, etc. What I share with you today is the pretzel sesame biscuits that my family often eats. The freshly baked sesame biscuits are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Paired with a bowl of hot porridge, it is a delicious breakfast.

Add 2 grams of salt, 3 grams of yeast, gram of edible alkali to the flour, add an appropriate amount of warm water, knead into a soft dough and wait for fermentation.

Mix pepper powder, five-spice powder and salt.

The dough rises until it forms a honeycomb shape.

Knead evenly and divide into 4 portions, roll into rectangular sheets, brush with a little oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roll up lengthwise.

Plate well. After pressing into a cake shape, apply a little water on one side, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and press lightly.

Place a lid on the electric baking pan and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Fry the woke sesame cake until both sides are brown.

Place in the middle rack of the oven, preheat 190 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.
