Steamed pumpkin in a large bowl.

Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and knead into dough.

Knead several small pieces of dough evenly.

Press flat, squeeze in bean paste, and shape into a round shape.

Dip the dough in a little water and roll it in bread crumbs.

Knead evenly.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up to 60% over medium-low heat. Flatten the pumpkin balls slightly and put them into the pot.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.
