Delicious and healthy braised chicken wings, salty, sweet and slightly spicy, great~~ The stew time was a little long, the pumpkin and sweet potatoes were too soft, and the process of serving them out spoiled the taste~~ I will try to do better next time

Prepare root vegetables and seasonings

Dried shiitake mushrooms soaked for two hours

First wash the chicken wing roots, then put them in a pot with cold water, add two slices of ginger and an appropriate amount of cooking wine, boil the pot and blanch them for three to five minutes to remove the blood and fishy smell. Use kitchen paper towels to drain the moisture from the surface of the chicken wings.

Stir-fry the peanut oil and a small amount of sugar, add the chicken wing roots and add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry for a minute or two to get the flavor. Then add water and various vegetables, dried mushrooms and various seasonings. Bring to a boil over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add salt and the juice will reduce and the pot is ready~~
