Sesame Crispy

Sesame Crispy

Overview

One day when I was making a cake, I mistakenly added high flour instead of low flour. When the egg yolk paste became thicker and thicker, I realized my mistake. The cake couldn't be made and the five egg whites couldn't be wasted, so I made sesame pancakes and almond pancakes respectively. Haha~ Are you as witty as me?

  6. Use a spatula to gently cut the surrounding flour into the middle and mix evenly without drawing circles (relax for fifteen minutes to half an hour if you have time)

  7. Put it into a piping bag and cut a small opening with scissors.

  8. Line a baking sheet with tin foil or oilcloth and place them at intervals in the baking sheet.

  9. Preheat the oven in advance and set the upper and lower heat to 150℃ in the middle for 15-20 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only). I am not used to taking out biscuits and pastries and letting them simmer for a while with the residual heat of the oven.
