Potato Chili Shreds
Overview
Shredded potatoes and chili are a very refreshing and delicious side dish, with a crisp and refreshing taste. If you can't stand strong spicy food, just like me, pinch the shredded chili peppers with salt and let them sit for 5 minutes before rinsing them. This can alleviate the strong spiciness and make the shredded chili peppers crisp and refreshing

Prepare ingredients

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin strips, rinse with water

Wash and shred the green and red peppers, add 2 grams of salt, pinch evenly, let stand for 5 minutes, and then rinse with water

Heat the pan and pour oil

Heat the oil to 7 minutes, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry until all are translucent. Add salt and stir-fry evenly

Then add shredded chilies and stir-fry until cooked

Add white vinegar and stir-fry evenly

Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and remove from the pan
