Pork belly cut into cubes (pencil size)

Dice king oyster mushroom

Cut the ginger into large slices and the onion into large sections

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the diced pork until fragrant

Use a tablespoon of scallion companion bean paste

Stir-fry five-spice powder, onion and ginger, then add cooking wine
