Green onion waffles
Overview
My daughter especially likes to eat pancakes. This cake doesn't get hard even when it's cold, and my daughter even brought it with her for lunch.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop green onions
-
Add yeast and warm water to flour and mix until slightly thick batter.
-
Wrap in plastic wrap and let it ferment for 30 minutes. The volume will increase and there will be many small bubbles
-
Beat in eggs, add chopped green onion and salt and mix well.
-
Heat the oil in the pan and put the batter in as thick or thin as you like with a spoon. My daughter wanted something thicker, so I added half a spoonful of batter after the first spoonful of batter was a little bit formed.
-
Fry until the surface is golden brown, then flip and continue frying until the other side is brown. (Fry over low heat, don’t burn it.)
-
Paired with the salted egg porridge cooked in the rice cooker at night, it is a delicious breakfast.
