I bought half of the pineapples to make ice cream, and half of them were used to fry shrimp balls. The sweet and sour taste is very appetizing! After eating noodles for a few days, it’s time for a change!

  1. Scoop out the flesh from half a pineapple and soak it in salt water for a while

  5. Add the processed shrimps to cooking wine, salt, ginger juice and black pepper and marinate for a while

  6. Coat the shrimps in cornstarch

  8. Fry until it changes color, remove and absorb oil
