Pineapple Shrimp Balls
Overview
I bought half of the pineapples to make ice cream, and half of them were used to fry shrimp balls. The sweet and sour taste is very appetizing! After eating noodles for a few days, it’s time for a change!

Scoop out the flesh from half a pineapple and soak it in salt water for a while

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and set aside

Defrost the shrimps, wash them and blot them dry with kitchen paper towels

Cut open the back of the shrimp and take out the intestines

Add the processed shrimps to cooking wine, salt, ginger juice and black pepper and marinate for a while

Coat the shrimps in cornstarch

Heat a small pan and add the shrimp

Fry until it changes color, remove and absorb oil

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant

Add tomato sauce

Add oyster sauce and stir well

Add shrimp

Add some salt
-
Add some lemon juice
-
Add sugar and stir-fry
-
Finally, add the pineapple pieces and stir-fry quickly

Drizzle with sesame oil and serve
