Egg yolk biscuits
Overview
Egg yolk biscuits have no gorgeous appearance, but are simple but crispy and attractive. My classmates who were born in the 70s and 80s probably all ate this biscuit when they were young. The crispy taste brings back memories of childhood. What are you waiting for? Easy and delicious cookies to make!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Place the egg yolks in a water-free and oil-free container and add fine sugar.
-
Use an electric egg beater to beat until the color is white and lines appear (the lines will not disappear immediately when the egg batter slides down when you lift the egg beater).
-
Sift in cake flour.
-
Fold up and down to form a batter.
-
Put the batter into a disposable piping bag and pipe out small dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
-
Place in the preheated oven, raise the heat to 170 degrees, lower the heat to 140 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
