Stir-fried chestnuts in pressure cooker🌰
Overview
In autumn, I went back to my mother-in-law’s house and brought a lot of chestnuts with me, which have been frozen in the refrigerator. It’s getting cold and I want to eat fried chestnuts!

Steps
-
Pour the chestnuts into the pressure cooker. I have them frozen in the refrigerator. There is no need to take them out to defrost in advance, just pour them directly into the pot! Add a tsp of oil.
-
Cover the pot lid and air valve, turn on low heat, and stir the pot for 1 or 2 minutes. The fire must be small, otherwise it will burn easily. Stir-fry, turn off the heat and simmer for a while. If it feels like it is about to lose steam, then turn on low heat and stir-fry several times. (Because these are frozen chestnuts, there will be moisture, so the frying time is longer, about 20 minutes. For fresh chestnuts, the time should be shortened according to the size!) After frying for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and wait until the steam is gone!
