Prepare all the ingredients: For the tender corn, choose glutinous tender corn for the best taste. For the pumpkin, you must choose the very soft and waxy noodles. For the beans, choose the oil beans from Northeast China.

Soak the pork ribs in cold water and rinse them with bleeding water. Blanch them in a pot with cold water and remove the cold water. You can choose tender corn as corn or raw tender corn, cut into sections.

Prepare seasonings, slice green onion and ginger into sections, and prepare all kinds of seasonings.

Wash the pumpkin, remove seeds, flesh and cut into pieces. Peel potatoes and carrots, wash and cut them into cubes. Wash beans and blanch them in water. Remove them from cold water to drain them.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry, add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water, add corn segments, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. If it is cooked corn, you don’t need to put it in the pot when stewing the ribs. Just put it in the pot with the potatoes and pumpkin.

When the pork ribs and tender corn are basically cooked, add all the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium heat for about 6-10 minutes.

Reduce the juice over high heat, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and sugar to taste, take out of the pan and serve on a plate.
