  1. Cut beef into mince.

  2. Cut the tofu skin into strips.

  3. Spread the cut tofu skin evenly on the plate.

  4. Wash and dice onions.

  5. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until fragrant.

  6. Add ground beef and stir-fry until it changes color.

  7. Add soy sauce, Maggi fresh and pepper and stir well.
