Bacon and vegetables with rice
Overview
When I go out, I will encounter vegetable rice with large bones. I am not used to it at first, but later I find that it is quite delicious. Occasionally, I make vegetable rice at home and stir-fry a few vegetables. It is very delicious. I wanted to change my style on the weekend, and when I saw bacon, I made bacon vegetable rice.

After washing the rice, the ratio of rice to water is 1:1.2. Just add the water proportion according to your own rice eating situation; start the steamed rice mode.

Wash the bacon and remove surface moisture.

Cut into thin slices.

Wash vegetables.

Chop green vegetables into cubes and set aside.

When the rice is in a gelatinous state, spread the bacon evenly and continue to simmer the rice.

5-6 minutes before the rice is cooked, add the green cabbage cubes, stir well, cover the child and continue to cook, and when the time is up, you can start eating.

The rice is ready to be served. Be careful not to simmer for too long after adding the vegetables, as the vegetables will change color.
