Overview
It's very soft and fragrant when baked, like trembling tender tofu. This is the first time I use a toast box to make toast, it’s a success! Before making it, I fully studied and referred to the recipes of Chef Shuaishuai and my friend maggyzhao. Thanks to their good recipes, I succeeded in the first time. Put the milk, egg liquid, salt, and sugar into the bread bucket.

Add the flour and milk powder, and put the yeast on top.

After starting a kneading program, knead into a smooth dough, add diced butter, and start another kneading program. In order to see the glove film, I started another imix program.

Knead the dough out of the glove film and ferment it until it doubles in size. Remove the exhaust. Divide the dough into three equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.

Fold one piece of dough in half, turn it over, roll it into a long strip, roll it up from one side, roll the dough into a small roll, and place it in the middle of the toast box.

Do the same with the other two pieces of dough, one on the left and one on the right, on both sides of the dough just now, with a slight distance between them.

Place the toast box in the oven to ferment (or put a bowl of hot water in the oven, and then replace the hot water with it when it is cold) until it is nine minutes full, and close the lid of the toast box. Preheat oven.
