  1. Wash and cut pork belly into pieces

  2. Cut the cowpea into sections and wash

  3. Add oil to the pot, add ginger, onion and meat and stir-fry until brown

  4. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and a small amount of water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes

  5. Add the cowpeas and stir-fry
