Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the yeast powder in warm water for 3 minutes, add it to the flour, mix into a dough and set aside for fermentation
-
The dough is ready when it has doubled in size
-
Remove the fascia from the chicken and cut the squid into small pieces without mincing. Marinate with seasonings for ten minutes and set aside
-
In another bowl, add about 15g of flour, put salad oil in the pot and heat it until it is 80% hot (just smoke slightly). Pour the oil into the flour in a small bowl
-
Stir quickly and evenly until there are no lumps
-
Roll the dough into a sheet, pour in the pastry and spread evenly
-
Roll up the dough sheet from one end
-
Cut into equal-sized segments
-
Pinch both ends tightly and press from top to bottom into a round cake
-
Roll it into a ball and add the filling
-
Wrap and press it like a bun, and dip it in sesame seeds (in order to increase the taste, I added sesame seeds, but it is optional)
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 35 minutes until the surface is golden brown
-
Serve after cooling
