Mango salsa – a new way to eat mango
Overview
Salsa is a Mexican seasoning sauce that has different flavors depending on the ingredients. The one I made today is sweet and spicy with mango as the main ingredient. The first time I tasted Mango Salsa was at Maxim French Restaurant, where it was used as a side dish for French foie gras. It has bright color and sweet and spicy taste. It is good for garnishing Western food and adjusting the taste. Send it out separately first, and then use the link directly when using it as a side dish.

After cutting the mango, cut the pulp as shown

Remove the pulp and cut into small pieces
