Meatballs with pickled vegetables
Overview
Everyone likes braised pork with pickles and vegetables, but it is really troublesome to make. I’ve been getting prunes from friends for a while, so today I’m going to make a different recipe, it’s simple and delicious.

Wash and soak the prunes in advance and squeeze out the water.

Chop the pork belly into small pieces.

Add the prunes and chop evenly.

Then add dry starch and chop evenly.

Add sugar and mix well.

Squeeze into meatballs.

Fry in oil pan for about 3 or 4 minutes. Do not stir, rotate the pan, let the oil fry the meatballs evenly, and fry until the bottom of the meatballs forms.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and then add water. The amount of water is about the same as the meatballs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer slowly.

Cook until the soup is reduced. Do not let the soup dry out. Leave some for the last time and pour it on the surface of the meatballs.
