Clean the blue crabs with a toothbrush

Uncover the crab, remove the gills and cut it in half

Separate the crab meat and crab caps and set aside

Chop green onion and ginger and set aside

Add chopped green onion and ginger to a pan with warm oil

Add salt, sugar and soy sauce and then add half a bowl of water

Add the crab meat and stir-fry, then cover the pot and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes

Add the crab lid and simmer for two minutes

After the soup is gone, stir-fry and serve
