Overview
It is a very simple dish, because the fish fillets with chopped peppers are made in advance, you can also directly use the purchased chopped peppers and steam them on top of the tofu; the tofu is tasteless, so you need to make some sauce so that the flavor will be absorbed by the bottom of the tofu when steaming. Don’t skip the last step of pouring hot oil after steaming. The flavor of the whole dish will be brought out, it’s very fragrant!
