I really like the flavor of fennel, no matter how it is cooked. I made fennel soup with homemade salted eggs. I loved it!

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Clean the lean meat and cut it into thin slices. Add a small amount of salt, peanut oil, cornstarch and shredded ginger and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Clean the fennel and cut into small pieces.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, crack in the salted eggs and fry them.

  5. Then add two bowls of water and bring to a boil.

  6. After the water boils, add the fennel and lean meat in turn.
