3. 3 Cut the mango into cubes, and puree two-thirds of the mango. Remove the pulp from the grapefruit and set aside.

   

4. 4 Put the sago at the bottom of the bowl, put the puree on one side of the bowl, add the coconut milk on the other side, and finally add the diced mango and grapefruit pulp.
