Fried Cress with Crispy Bones
Overview
I like to eat water celery very much. Every spring I search carefully in the vegetable market for fear of missing its season. However, I have been busy with trivial matters this year and have less time to visit the breakfast market. Although I want to eat, I don’t often get it. Spring is almost over in trivial matters, and cress is slowly getting older. One day when I was visiting the vegetable market, I saw an old woman selling them. I bought a handful without hesitation, thinking that I could catch the tail of spring and have a good time.
