Braised Tofu
Overview
Tofu can be said to be the most common and healthy delicacy. Whenever I don’t know what to eat, I will use it to top up my meal. Tofu absorbs the rich soup and is very delicious. Children also love to eat it. What’s more, as the saying goes, tofu and green vegetables keep you safe. Eating it regularly is good for your health! ~! ~

Buy a piece of old tofu at the market and soak it in water to remove the beany smell

Cut into small cubes of even size

Heat oil in a pot and add tofu

Fry both sides for about 2 minutes

Then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes,

Sprinkle in minced garlic and heat up
