Cut white radish into hob cubes 180g, spicy beef cubes 130g, spicy beef soup 190g, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic.

Add 190g of spicy beef stock and 80g of water to the Harthsun enamel cast iron single-handled food pot and heat with small water.

Add 1 tsp of oil to the wok and sauté onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the white radish cubes and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the radish changes color slightly, then pour into the beef soup boiled in the Harthsun enamel cast iron single-handled food pot next to it

After the pot is boiled, use a small spoon to skim off the scum on top, taste it and then decide whether to add salt.

Add beef cubes, cover and simmer for three minutes.

Remove from pan and sprinkle with cilantro or chives.
