Custard Toast
Overview
The smell of milk is the first taste in our memory. It is a taste that will never be forgotten in our lives. It is also our favorite taste. Adding custard filling to toast is really delicious.

Mix all the dough ingredients and knead into a dough,

Place in a warm place, seal and ferment until 2-3 times in size,

Tear the dough into small pieces and put it into the bread machine, then add all the ingredients in the main dough except butter, and knead it into a smooth dough,

Add butter and knead until fully expanded,

Carry out secondary fermentation until it doubles in size,

While fermenting, prepare the custard filling. First add the butter softened at room temperature to the powdered sugar, stir evenly,

Then add the egg yolk and mix well,

Finally add milk powder and mix well, set aside,

Take out the air, let it sit for 10 minutes, then roll it into a large rectangle,

Take a portion of the custard filling and spread it on the middle 1/3,

Fold the left side to the middle, and then apply the custard filling,

Then fold the right side toward the middle, and then apply the custard filling,

Fold it in half again,

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangular shape, spread the remaining custard filling on it, and cut it in between with a spatula,

Take one piece, twist it, and put it in the toast box. Do the same with the other piece,

Ferment again until the toast box is 8 minutes full, and coat the surface with egg wash,

Preheat the oven, upper and lower heat, lower shelf, 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes. To prevent excessive coloring, bake for about 10 minutes and cover with tin foil,

Take out of the oven and let cool before serving.
