Prepare ingredients. Peel lettuce and cucumber and cut into strips. This sour plum is specially used for soaking cucumbers and radishes. It is sour and salty and is not suitable for eating directly.

Sprinkle lettuce with salt to remove moisture.

Pour away the pickling water, wash the lettuce again, and drain the water.

One spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 spoons of sugar, appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, add appropriate amount of water, sour plum, minced garlic and spicy millet, stir evenly.
